Right next to the Matisse museum, this new restaurant with dominant shades of brown and blue and tables of different heights immediately sets the tone. The cuisine says, too, the chosen option "bistronomie". Here, no menus but creative cuisine, the chef Raynald Boucaut who did a stint at a Parisian starry, proposed slate. After several experiences in France and abroad, he claims a taste for herbs and spices that marries finesse to sublimate his dishes. He likes to offer his heart shots that we should not hesitate to choose, as octopus carpaccio with cucumber blossom, yuzu and olive oil. All products are selected with care and special attention is paid to the maturation of the meat. Irish lamb chops are a delight and who willingly accompanied by one of the wine list, all available by the glass.
